At Ridgehaven Calisthenics, we offer a range of teams designed to support members of all ages and skill levels. Our program provides opportunities for fun, fitness, personal growth, and high-quality performance training within a supportive community environment.

non-competitive Tinies
(2 years)

Tiny Tinks (Non-Competitive)
Our Tiny Tinks program is designed for our youngest members aged 2 years old (born in 2024). This fun and nurturing class offers a gentle introduction to calisthenics through dance, singing and creative movement. Little ones begin exploring basic calisthenics technique while developing confidence, coordination and a love of movement. As part of the program, all Tiny Tinks participate in stage performances presented in a relaxed, non-competitive environment, creating a positive and memorable first performance experience. The Tiny Tinks team is proudly known as The Tinkerbells, adding a touch of magic and fun to their calisthenics journey.

(3–7 years)

Tinies (Non-Competitive)
A fun and nurturing introduction to calisthenics for children aged 3–7 years (born 2019–2023). Tinies focus on confidence building, musicality, coordination and basic calisthenics technique through dance, singing and creative movement. Classes encourage teamwork, listening skills and self-expression in a gentle, playful environment. As part of the program, all Tinies participate in stage performances presented in a relaxed, non-competitive setting, supporting confidence, enjoyment and a positive introduction to performing. Tinies are divided into multiple teams named after much-loved Disney princesses, including the Rapunzels, Cinderellas and Moanas, adding an extra element of fun and imagination to the experience.

(5–7 years)

Tinies (Competitive)
Our Competitive Tinies program is the next step for children aged 5–7 years (born 2019–2021) who are ready to progress from non-competitive calisthenics. Tinies continue to build confidence, musicality and teamwork while developing stronger foundations in calisthenics technique. The program introduces apparatus work and structured routines, supporting coordination, strength and performance skills in a positive and encouraging environment. Competitive Tinies participate in competitions and stage performances, fostering confidence, commitment and pride in representing Ridgehaven Calisthenics. Teams are named after much-loved Disney princesses, including the Ariels, Belles, Snow Whites and Jasmines, adding fun and imagination to their competitive journey.

Sub Juniors
(8–10 years)

Sub-Juniors
Sub-Juniors is for members aged 8–10 years (born 2016–2018). Classes become more structured as athletes develop flexibility, strength, coordination and overall performance quality. Students learn and refine full routines, expand their apparatus technique and build confident stage and performance skills.

Sub-Juniors are split across multiple teams, with each class offering coaching designed to suit students’ individual skills, experience and development level. Training is structured to support both beginners and experienced performers in a positive and encouraging environment.

Juniors
(11–13 years)

Juniors
Juniors are for members aged 11–13 years (born 2013–2015) and focus on developing stronger technical foundations, teamwork, and confidence on stage. Training includes a combination of apparatus work, dance, flexibility, and the refinement of polished routines for competitions. Classes emphasize precision, performance quality, and advanced calisthenics technique, while encouraging self-discipline, resilience, and a love of performing. Juniors also continue to build teamwork and stage presence, preparing them for more challenging routines and the transition to higher-level teams, all within a supportive and motivating environment.
Juniors are split across multiple teams, with each class offering coaching designed to suit new & experienced students’ individual skills, and development level.

Evolution (10 years +)
Non-Competitive

Our Evolution team is all about enjoyment, participation, and belonging. Designed for members of all abilities, this non-competitive section provides a welcoming space to explore calisthenics at your own pace. With a focus on movement, social connection, and confidence-building, Evolution encourages everyone to get involved, have fun, and celebrate their individual strengths in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Intermediates
(14–17 years)

Intermediates
Intermediates are for members aged 14–17 years (born 2009–2012) and train at an advanced level, building on the technical, performance, and teamwork skills developed in earlier age groups. Classes focus on strength, flexibility, precise technique, and the execution of complex choreography, while developing confident and polished stage presence. Training supports both recreational enjoyment and competitive excellence, helping students achieve strong performance outcomes in competitions. Intermediates continue to refine apparatus skills, dance, and routines, while learning discipline, resilience, and leadership in a supportive and motivating environment. We welcome beginners and
offer coaching designed to suit students’ individual skills, experience and development level.

Seniors (18 years +)

Seniors
Our Senior team is for members aged 18+ (born 2008 and earlier) and brings together experienced performers for high-level training and advanced calisthenics technique. Seniors focus on refining strength, flexibility, choreography, and performance quality, developing mature and dynamic routines for competitions and stage performances.

The program emphasizes teamwork and a strong team culture, with seniors working closely with coaches to push the boundaries of technical skill and artistic expression. The team environment fosters resilience, discipline, and a passion for calisthenics, ensuring each member achieves their personal best while contributing to a cohesive and motivated team.

Masters (26 years +)

Masters
Masters is for members aged 26+ (born 2000 or earlier) and offers a competitive calisthenics program with no prior experience required. The program focuses on fitness, fun, and connection, providing a supportive and flexible team environment where members of all skill levels can thrive.

Masters classes develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and performance skills while encouraging teamwork and confidence on stage. Members work on routines tailored to their abilities and goals, enjoying the challenge of competition in a positive, inclusive atmosphere. Whether new to calisthenics or returning to the sport, Masters provides the opportunity to grow, stay active, and be part of a motivating and friendly community.
