Welcome to the Ridgehaven Calisthenics Club Official Website!

We are a successful “teacher run” calisthenics club which has been holding lessons in Modbury since 1968.

We encourage the development of fitness, grace, endurance, teamwork and discipline in an energetic, creative and friendly environment.

Our club has a long and proud history and in 2007 we celebrated our 40 YEARS OF SUCCESS!

Our Principal Coach is Tracey Emes and we are proud that 2008 marks Tracey’s 10th Year as our Head Coach.

A supportive group of dedicated instructors, assistants and parents support the Club, designing and creating the colourful routines and costumes, constructing scenery props when required, and helping us to enter and win many of the inter-club competitions.

With the results from the Junior and Intermediate Comps, Ridgehaven won the
OVERALL DIVISION ONE AGGREGATE

at the Royal South Street Competitions – an achievement we are all extremely proud of.
