It is extremely important to all of us at Ridgehaven that members, families, coaching staff and committee members are treated with respect and that as a club we promote a positive, respectful image at all times.
These policies are here to protect our club, members, staff and committee and are required to be adhered to at all times.
CASA POLICIES
HOT WEATHER POLICY
If on the day of your child’s lesson it is deemed as extreme weather, a Facebook post or an email will be issued to advise of any lesson cancellations.
Please ensure you turn on all notifications for our communication platforms to ensure you don’t miss out on this information.
Please be mindful of this notification during extreme heat or severe weather warnings.
Any lessons cancelled by the club will either be rescheduled, or a credit will be applied to effected members accounts.

All members, families, coaching staff and committee members agree to abide by these poliiesy when registering with the club.
Any acts which are in violation of these policies including any form of communication which is deemed excessive or harassing in nature, will not be tolerated.
