At Ridgehaven Calisthenics, we offer a range of teams designed to support members of all ages and skill levels. Our program provides opportunities for fun, fitness, personal growth, and high-quality performance training within a supportive community environment.

non-competitive Tinies
(2–7 years)

A fun and nurturing introduction to calisthenics. Tinies focus on confidence building, musicality, basic technique, and learning to work as a team in a gentle, playful environment.

competitive Tinies
(5–7 years)

Tinies focus on confidence building, musicality, basic technique, and learning to work as a team with the introduction of apparatus work.

Sub Juniors (8–10 years)

Subbies expand their skills with more structured classes, improving flexibility, strength, coordination, and performance quality. They begin learning full routines, apparatus technique and stage skills.

Juniors (11–13 years)

Juniors develop stronger technical foundations, teamwork, and confidence on stage. Training includes apparatus work, dance, flexibility, and polished routines for competitions.

Intermediates (14–17 years)

Inters work at an advanced level, focusing on strength, technique, choreography, and performance development. Training supports both recreational enjoyment and strong competitive outcomes.

Seniors (18 years +)

Our Senior team brings together experienced performers for high-level training, advanced technique, and strong team culture. Seniors work closely with coaches to develop mature, dynamic routines.

Masters (26 years +)

Masters focus on fitness, fun, and connection through calisthenics. With flexible expectations and a supportive team environment, the Masters section welcomes members of all experience levels.
