Competition Day Information

We are so excited to be holding the 2024 Ridgehaven Calisthenics Midweek Madness Solo/Duo Competition at the Golden Grove Arts Centre and we cannot wait to see all participants cross the stage. 

Please read carefully all of the information below relating to our competition to ensure you are prepared. If you have any questions, please email us.

GENERAL INFORMATION 

Please note that all of our session times are approximate. While we endeavour to stick to the allocated times as best as possible, these times may vary.  Any major updates will be posted on our Facebook page.

Revival Productions will be providing video services at our competition.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​In line with Child Protection laws, no video or photography is permitted to be taken by audience members of any performers on stage, at any time.  Anyone that fails to comply with this rule will be asked to leave the theatre. 

EFTPOS 

EFTPOS is our preferred method of payment and will be available for all purchases at our competition.

Information for Competitors & Coaches

MUSIC & LIGHTING

Music/DLP's are to be uploaded to Drop Box. A link will be advertised on our Facebook events page prior to the competition.

Please bring a back up USB. 

​ 

Lighting is available and can be called live. 

CHECK IN

Doors to GGAC will be open from 4:15pm each day.

​

All competitors are required to check in at the desk in the foyer 30 minutes prior to their section start time. We ask that you please try to arrive with hair and make-up already done.  

​

Please note, the Golden Grove Arts Centre do not allow for hair or make up to be done in the foyer of the theatre. Please come prepared.

If your coach is unable to attend, please let us know and we can organise for a Level 1 Coach to put you on.

DRESSING ROOMS

No tanning or spray glitter is to be applied in any area's of the venue.

​ 

ALL competitors are required to leave the dressing rooms immediately after their section and take all belongings with them as they will not be able to access the dressing rooms after this time.

Please ensure you remove any rubbish from the dressing rooms when you leave. ​
