Coaches


  Bec Williams

Rebecca began calisthenics at 15 months of age and has competed at Championship level for over 27 years. She has represented the State at both the Nationals and Royal South Street on 13 occasions and has completed her Gold Medal in the ACF Calisthenics Skills. Rebecca has won many awards including the first CASA Sub-Junior Graceful Girl Competition and Junior National Graceful Girl. She has also successfully competed overseas in World Aerobic Championships and World Drill Dance Competitions.

Rebecca took up coaching at age 16 and has coached or assisted Tinies, Sub-Juniors, Juniors and Intermediates. She has been the Assistant Coach of the Junior National team on two occasions and has taught numerous solos, duos and graceful girls. Rebecca taught the winning CASA Senior Graceful Girl in 2005 – Anita Cialini of Ridgehaven.

Rebecca is a competitive member of the 2008 Senior Team and is the coach of our Junior 1 Team.


  Anita Cialini                                 

Anita has been doing Calisthenics for 20 years and has been coaching for 7 years. She coached the 2005 Intermediate Championship Team, and was the Assistant Coach of the 2004 Junior Championship Team and 2006 Intermediate National Team. As a pupil Anita represented the State in National and Ballarat Teams on 9 occasions. She is also a very successful Graceful Girl Competitor and some of her best achievements include a 1st Place in the Junior State and National Titles, and 1st Place in the CASA Senior Championship Graceful Girl in 2005. Anita has also had success in sport Aerobics, and represented Australia in the 2003 World Aerobics Championships. Anita is an active member in the Senior Team at Ridgehaven Calisthenics Club.


Keron White


Shellee Craig

Shellee has been involved in top level calisthenics for over 25 years and has 7 years coaching experience. As a pupil, she represented the State 7 times and competed herself at Ridgehaven in our 1999 Senior Team. Shellee was part of the Precision Team who performed at the Tattoo in Scotland in 2000. Shellee is married to our Vice-President, Ian Craig and they have 4 children, Ryleigh, Delaynie, Archer & Neypier. Delaynie is a member of our Tinies Team.


   Shannon Mossop    

Shannon has also been involved in calisthenics for over 20 years, with 13 years coaching experience.  Shannon has also coached a composite team and the CASA Show team, a team of girls from various clubs whose sole aim is to promote calisthenics statewide. Shannon coaches one of our Tinies Teams and 2008 will mark Miss Shannon’ 10th Year at Ridgehaven. Her daughter Danika is also a member of our Club.


 Bianka Schumann

Bianka has been participating in Calisthenics for 13 years and is a dedicated member of our Club. She has represented the State 6 times and was also a member of the CASA Show Team. This year Bianka has once again been selected as a member of the Senior National Team who will travel to Perth in July. In 2005 Bianka won the RCC Most Dedicated Club Girl Award, a reflection of her commitment to the Club. This year Bianka is coaching Tinies and co-coaching Sub-Junior 3’s.


Amy Hofmeyer

Amy started calisthenics at Ridgehaven at the age of 3 in 1993 and was awarded her 15 Years of Service to the Club in 2007. She competed in 10 CASA State Teams continuously from 1998 to 2007 – an outstanding effort. Amy is a highly talented calisthenics participant and as well as her State Team efforts, she has had success in Graceful Girl, Solo and Duo Competitions. She has placed in the Championship Finals in both Graceful Girl and Solos, won several CASA Duo Competitions and gained a 3rd Place at the Nationals in Darwin in 2006 in the Intermediate Duo Section. For her dedication to our Club, Amy was awarded the Arleen Mount Most Dedicated Club Girl Award in 2002. She has assisted with Tinies and Sub-Junior Teams at Ridgehaven and is looking forward to the challenge of taking on her own Team in 2008.
