Ridgehaven Calisthenics Club Info

Ridgehaven is a 'coach run club' and has been since its inception into the sport of calisthenics in 1968. There are approximately 40 clubs in South Australia, ranging from Championship to Division 5. Ridgehaven achieved Championship status in 1981, maintaining its strong position every year since. Ridgehaven is very proud of its achievements and works hard to maintain this high level and we are sure that you will give us your full support to once again do well in the coming year.

Principal Coach

Tracey Emes – Sub-Junior, Junior & Intermediate Coach
As a student Tracey represented SA in 9 State teams and earned numerous awards including Winner-CASA Senior Graceful Girl and Runner-up Ballarat Eisteddfod Graceful Girl. Tracey commenced coaching in 1987 and became the Principal Coach of Ridgehaven in 1999. She has gained success coaching all age groups including Gracefuls & Solos.

During this time she has also successfully coached 14 CASA State Teams and in 2012 is Coach of the SA Senior State team. Her passion, knowledge and love of calisthenics is the driving force behind this club. Her husband Darren is the President of CASA (Calisthenics Governing Body) and both daughters Brittiny and Kaylee, are members of our club.
